Export Documentation Executive

Bhopal Madhya Pradesh, India MP AGROTONICS LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process export documentation as per international regulations
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Ensure timely submission of documents like Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
- Maintain accurate records and update shipment status
- Communicate with clients and logistics partners for smooth shipment handling

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in export/import documentation
- Familiarity with DGFT, customs, and EXIM procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation software
- Good communication and organizational skills

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / International Business / Logistics
- Knowledge of export incentives and trade compliance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
