Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Export Documentation Executive to join our team at Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. The role will be based in Bhopal, offering a full-time, mid-level employment opportunity. The successful candidate will manage and streamline export documentation processes to ensure compliance with all regulations and efficient coordination of activities. A keen expertise in export procedures and documentation is essential for this role. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in handling export documentation effectively, ensuring all documents comply with the required standards. In-depth understanding of shipping coordination and logistics to facilitate seamless transport of goods across borders. Proficiency in Letter of Credit management, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of all required documents. Strong knowledge of export regulations to mitigate risk and ensure full compliance with international trade laws. Excellent attention to detail to verify accuracy and completeness of documentation and avoid costly errors. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple documentation tasks and deadlines effectively. Ability to maintain high levels of communication with internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration. Export Documentation (Mandatory skill) is essential to maintain compliance and efficiency in our processes. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation for exporting, ensuring adherence to international standards. Coordinate with shipping lines and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods. Verify accuracy of letters of credit and ensure compliance with their terms to facilitate smooth financial transactions. Stay updated with export regulations to ensure the company's export operations comply with all legal requirements. Provide support and guidance to internal teams on documentation requirements and processes. Resolve any documentation discrepancies swiftly to prevent shipment delays or compliance issues. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to confirm documentation requirements and status updates. Assist with the development and implementation of improved documentation procedures and systems as needed.
