**POSITION TITLE**: Customer Service Representative

**Position Summary**

This role will be responsible for engaging the customer during the order execution stage with periodic status report and review meetings. He/ She will be required to Coordinate on the entire fulfillment process of Order Handling — from the receipt of orders to collection of payments for the respective region.

**Principal Activities**
- Clear understanding of Order scope with the respective Sales Engineers
- Order entry, via the CRM into SAP system
- Arrangement of kick-off meetings for Project orders
- Coordination with OMC/ Engineering & Operations to ensure smooth execution of Orders
- Active involvement in the SIOP Process including UCDP and SIOP consensus meeting
- Post-Order activities like drawing and document submissions and approvals, clarification of technical issues, and co-ordination for inspection and dispatch clearances
- Timely updating the customers on the order status and delivery timelines
- Submission of dispatch document and follow up for collection of payment
- Maintaining Order records and Data for future references
- To be the single point of contact for the Customers during the Post Order execution stage

- Education as Graduation in Science/ Commerce/ Art from reputed College
- Diploma in Mechanical will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years in customer service, planning and administration experience within an industrial customer handling environment
- Hands on knowledge of ERP systems is preferable
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret relatively complex data in a logical manner
- Excellent Communication Skills in Vernacular and English
- Problem Solving ability and knack of handling customer grievances
