It will be the task to maintain strong client relationships while ensuring the provision of high-quality services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building & maintaining customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
- Making outbound calls to prospective leads & responding to inbound inquiries.
- Efficiently managing customer connections for client retention.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- Monitoring customer interactions for consistency & customer delight.
- Prioritizing & addressing customer concerns for high standards of service.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting leads.
- Collaborating with different departments for smooth operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Skilled in building and protecting customer relationships.
- Efficient in strong team-building and leadership skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and data management.
- Excellent language and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-centric approach.
- Experience in telemarketing, telecalling, and customer service.
- Ability to work independently or in teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Desire to learn, adapt, and succeed in dynamic roles.
- Strong background in sales or related fields.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
