Are you a great communicator with excellent phone skills? Manrit Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telecaller Cum Admission Consellor to join our growing team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting customers with information about our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, generate leads, and close sales.

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.

Maintain a detailed log of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Follow up on leads and provide ongoing support to customers.

**Key Requirements**:
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Proficiency in English ,Hindi and German(B1).

Basic knowledge of Ms-Excel,Ms-PowerPoint and Ms-Word is a plus.\
