**Position**: Telecaller - Target Oriented (Female Only)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

We are hiring **passionate and target-driven female Telecallers** for our **Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) admission process**. The role involves **cold calling, lead follow-ups, and convincing students/parents** to join our institute. If you are highly confident, comfortable with targets, and have strong communication in **Hindi with basic English**, this is the right opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **cold calls** and explain admission details for the **Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) course**.
- Achieve monthly **admission targets**.
- **Follow up** with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain call records, follow-up reports, and admission status.
- Convince students/parents with **high-level persuasion skills**.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong communication in **Hindi** (basic English required).
- Highly **convincing and persuasive** on calls.
- Comfortable with **target-based work**.
- Passionate about achieving and exceeding goals.
- Prior **telecalling/education sales experience** preferred.
