**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Analyse customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
Pay: ₹15,420.00 - ₹25,893.19 per month
