**Job Description: Female Office Receptionist (IT Company)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Support HR and other departments with basic office duties.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,987.31 - ₹15,400.93 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
