**Full job description**
- CCM is responsible for implementation of customer care activities such as Post-Service Follow-up, complaints tracking and updating of complaints, etc.
- Front office upkeep, customer receiving area cleanliness.
- Ensure feedback from customers through cards and actions on dissatisfied customers.
- Complaints tracking and pending complaints reports.
- Complaints resolution compliance as per system.
- Organizing customer meets.
- Ensuring customer feedback during work.

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Min 3-10 year in the same in Automobile industry or call center

Location: Kharar/Mohali

**Salary**: Up to 22k-30k
