- **Assessing Children’s Skills and Learning Requirements**:

- Evaluate students’ abilities and identify their specific learning needs.
- Understand the unique challenges faced by each student.
- Use this assessment to tailor teaching plans accordingly..
- **Collaborating with Parents and School Staff**:

- Work closely with parents to track students’ progress.
- Communicate regularly with support staff and other educators.
- Ensure a collaborative approach to supporting students with special needs.
- **Monitoring Students’ Progress**:

- Keep track of students’ academic and behavioral progress.
- Reflect on their development and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Intervene promptly if any issues arise.
- **Finding Engaging Activities to Teach Skills**:

- Explore creative ways to teach essential skills (e.g., using drawing, theater drama, or other interactive methods).
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- **ELIGIBILITY**:

- **B.ED with special Education.**:

- **RCI license will be an added advantage.**:

- **Timing - Day Shift - 9:00 Am to 3:00 pm**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
