**ROLES & RESPONSIBILILTIES:

- **
- **Assessment & Identification**: Assess students with special needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- **Instructional Support**: Design and implement specialized instructional strategies and modifications to support diverse learning needs in the classroom.
- **Resource Management**: Develop and manage educational resources and materials tailored to the needs of students with disabilities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the effective delivery of special education services.
- **Training**: Provide training and support to teachers and staff on inclusive education practices and strategies.
- **Counselling Services**: Offer individual and group counselling sessions to students to address academic, emotional, and social issues.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Provide immediate support and intervention in cases of emotional or psychological crises.
- **Career Guidance**: Assist students with career planning and college admissions, including administering and interpreting career assessments.
- **Workshops & Programs**: Organize and conduct workshops on life skills, stress management, and other relevant topics.
- **Parental Guidance**: Engage with parents to discuss their child's progress, offer guidance, and provide resources for additional support.

- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and educational policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and counselling techniques.
- Proficiency in using educational software and tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

- **B.Ed **in Special Education is Mandatory.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

- **3 to 5 years experience **of teaching in **CBSE Schools.**
