**Job description**

**Job Title**: Special Educator
**Location**: Woodnote Preschool, Nallagandla, Hyderabad

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assess and identify children with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each child.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to support the child’s learning and emotional development.
- Provide one-on-one or small group interventions to help children with their academic, behavioral, and social skills.
- Maintain records of student progress and adjust educational programs as needed.
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all children.
- Organize activities that promote sensory, cognitive, and motor development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Certification in special education (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children achieve their potential.

**Note: Transportation is not provided.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
