**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our dynamic team at [School Name]. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of students with diverse learning needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assess student needs**: Evaluate students with special needs and create individualized learning plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- **Provide specialized instruction**: Develop and implement creative teaching methods and modifications to support students in the classroom.
- **Collaborate with others**: Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive the best possible support.
- **Guide and support**: Offer counseling and guidance to students on academic, emotional, and social issues.
- **Train and support**: Provide training and support to teachers and staff on inclusive education practices.
- **Engage with parents**: Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and offer guidance and support.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Special Education is mandatory. Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience teaching in CBSE schools is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and educational policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver effective lessons.
- Proficiency in using educational technology.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with students.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
