What We Look For

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Special Educator - Pre Primary to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their early development through engaging and age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement daily educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a positive and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
  • Assess and monitor each child's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Develop individualized learning plans to support the diverse needs of each child.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning environment.

  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field from an accredited institution. State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Experience: 0-4 years of work experience

  • Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or similar setting is an advantage.

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
