Edu Ambala **> PPC (Planning, Production & Controlling) Staff** Industry: Scientific Location: Ambala Cantt **Salary**: ₹10k - ₹15k per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications) **About the Company**: We are a leading scientific instrument manufacturing company based in Ambala Cantt, dedicated to providing high-quality and innovative solutions for research and development. **Job Summary**: **Responsibilities**: - Assist in the development and maintenance of production schedules, considering factors such as material availability, capacity planning, and customer demand. - Track and monitor the progress of production orders, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues. - Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and inventory levels. - Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow. - Assist in the implementation of production plans and ensure adherence to established timelines and quality standards. - Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Prepare and present production reports as required. - Assist in the management of raw materials and components inventory. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area. - Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or a Diploma in a relevant discipline with equivalent experience. - Proven experience (0-2 years) in a production planning and control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the scientific industry is a plus. - Basic understanding of production planning principles and inventory management. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Leave encashment Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - PPC: 1 year (preferred) **Location**: - Ambala, Haryana (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 27/04/2025
