We are looking for a **Production Incharge** to oversee the manufacturing operations at **Blacknut Agrifood Machinery Pvt. Ltd.**, a leading startup specializing in innovative Food processing machines and food technology equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage day-to-day production activities to meet the company’s delivery targets.
- Supervise machine assembly, fitting, welding, fabrication, and electrical integration of food processing units and other related machinery.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and store departments for BOM, parts availability, and production scheduling.
- Ensure proper resource allocation (manpower, tools, materials) to each production stage.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the production process.
- Maintain records of production, downtime, and daily output.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and maintain a clean, organized shop floor.
- Lead a team of technicians, fitters, welders, and helpers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and suggest process improvements.
- Participate in factory trials and final testing of machines before dispatch.
- Train junior staff and operators on machine assembly and operation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in food/agro machinery manufacturing).
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, fabrication processes, and assembly practices.
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical components.
- Leadership skills to handle production teams efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Familiar with ERP/Excel reporting and documentation.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in food processing, packaging, or seed processing machinery assembly.
- Exposure to **ISO procedures** and modern manufacturing practices.
