Iqc (Incoming Quality Controller)

**Responsibilities**:
Perform physical and visual inspections of parts and materials upon arrival at the facility.
Ensure that all materials and parts meet the specified quality standards, tolerances, and customer specifications.
Use measuring tools and instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to assess the dimensions and quality of components.
Record inspection results accurately, including part numbers, lot numbers, and any discrepancies found.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate any non-conformance or defects to suppliers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality control documentation in compliance with company standards.
Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, request corrective actions, and communicate quality expectations.
Evaluate suppliers based on the quality of the parts delivered and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Follow established inspection protocols, work instructions, and quality guidelines to maintain consistency and precision.
Coordinate with the production and engineering teams to ensure that materials and parts are ready for assembly.
Provide support to the production line by identifying and resolving quality issues before assembly begins.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality problems
**Qualification**:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
**Experience**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in incoming quality control within the automotive or part-assembling industry, or similar manufacturing environment.
**Job Type**: General shift - (9am to 5.30pm), Mon - Sat
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
