- **Cost Control**:
- Analyze beverage costs and implement strategies to minimize wastage and optimize profit margins.
- Monitor pricing, purchasing, and stock control processes to ensure cost efficiency.
- Review and approve cost adjustments, ensuring they are justified and properly documented.
- **Compliance and Standards**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to beverage handling and sales.
- Audit adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within beverage operations.
- Review and update procedures to align with best practices and regulatory changes.
- **Financial Auditing**:
- Audit beverage sales and revenue reports to verify accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Reconcile financial statements with inventory and sales records.
- Investigate any discrepancies or irregularities and report findings to management.
