- **Customer Service**:

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to sales and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and client onboarding.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any degree.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in real estate or ed tech channel partner roles is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Leadsquared CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,206.17 - ₹49,860.17 per month
