**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand identity and maintain consistency across various platforms and materials.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visuals that support campaign objectives and overall business goals.
- **Revise Designs**: Iterate and adjust designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final products meet project requirements and deadlines.
- **Research Trends**: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the work produced is innovative and competitive in the industry.
- **Prepare Files for Production**: Create final design files in appropriate formats for both print and digital mediums, ensuring high quality for each.
- **Manage Multiple Projects**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring that priorities are managed effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc.
- **Creative Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail with the ability to focus on the smallest elements without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
- Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
