As a Graphics Designer at Probox Media, you will play a key role in crafting visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, content creation, and production, to deliver designs that communicate messages clearly and creatively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, advertisements, and more.
- Develop engaging designs for brand identity, campaigns, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and visual elements across all platforms.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Adapt and optimize designs for various formats such as web, mobile, and print.
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, developers) to ensure quality and timely production of materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in graphic design.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and animation software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role is preferred.
