**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and create high-quality visual assets, including logos, illustrations, and infographics, using **Adobe Illustrator**.
- Develop engaging motion graphics and video animations using **Adobe After Effects** for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, web development, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
- Prepare and present design concepts and revisions based on feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in **Adobe Illustrator** and **Adobe After Effects**.
- Need 2-3 Years of experience.
- Proficient in design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Hands-on experience in creating vector graphics, illustrations, and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of video editing and animation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
