**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Create**: Develop eye-catching designs for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook), online advertisements, and banners that align with our brand identity and goals.
- **Layered Customizable Designs**: Create fully customizable designs, ensuring each element is available in separate layers (e.g., text, images, backgrounds) for ease of editing and customization.
- **PNG Exports**: Provide minor elements (such as icons, logos, and design components) as separate PNG files for easy integration and use in various projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce content that drives engagement and meets marketing goals.
- **Adaptability**: Be able to adjust designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality results in a timely manner.
- **Consistency**: Maintain consistency in visual messaging and branding across all platforms.
- **Writing on any topic using Internet and AI**

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, or other design platforms.
- Expertise in creating layered, customizable graphics.
- Ability to **export each element separately** for integration into different media.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring clean, well-organized design files.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and take creative feedback positively.
- Experience with designing for **social media** platforms, especially Instagram.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, ads, and banners.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** or similar role, preferably in digital or social media marketing.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- A **creative mindset** with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
