**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Obtain input from team to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
- Create and incorporate engaging graphics, animations, and visual effects into video content to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Utilize editing software like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Coral Draw and Photoshop to achieve desired results.
- Review and provide final quality checks on all video content, ensuring there are no errors in color correction, sound syncing, or graphics.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, and bring fresh ideas to the table to keep our content visually appealing and relevant.
- Work closely with creative team, project managers, the marketing team, and stakeholders to produce final designs.
- Organize and maintain an efficient file management system for all video and graphic assets.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in software like Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic work, particularly in health and wellness content.
- Excellent understanding of video editing processes, including color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
