**Role Overview**

We're looking for a **multi-talented operations professional** who can own reporting, manage daily coordination, and handle basic customer support. If you're someone who enjoys **Excel**, **solving operational problems**, and **helping people**, this is the role for you.

This is **not a traditional MIS-only** role — we want someone who’s hands-on with **Excel, operations workflows, and client coordination**.

**Key Responsibilities Excel Reporting & Data Tracking (50%)**
- Create and update MIS reports for sales, onboarding, attendance, payouts, and more
- Build trackers and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets
- Clean, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making
- Monitor team KPIs and share weekly performance reports

**Operations & Coordination (25%)**
- Support student and mentor onboarding processes
- Maintain internal trackers (training, session tracking, mentor availability, etc.)
- Liaise with academic and support teams to ensure smooth workflows

**Customer Support (25%)**
- Maintain IRET (Issue Resolution Tracker) and escalate issues when needed
- Follow up on pending tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Share weekly summaries of open/closed issues with management

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-4 years’ experience in **MIS / operations / client coordination**:

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, dashboards)
- Basic understanding of CRMs or support ticket systems
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with students or parents
- Organized, dependable, and accountable
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Power BI or Google Data Studio is a plus (not mandatory)
