**Job Title: Operations Executive (Data Entry & Calling)**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Executive. The role primarily involves data entry tasks and making outbound calls to support our operational activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management and communication.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is entered into the system promptly.

Make outbound calls to customers or clients to gather or verify information, provide updates, or follow up on inquiries.

Maintain records of calls made and outcomes achieved, ensuring accurate documentation of communication activities.

Assist in organizing and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Collaborate with team members to support operational processes and achieve departmental goals.

Handle administrative tasks as assigned, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service roles.

Strong typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers or clients over the phone.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Prior experience in a similar role or industry will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
