The Quality Senior Executive/Specialist shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality management systems and procedures within the Unifeeder SSC operations to ensure the delivery of top-quality services to our Customers and Driving Quality Culture within the Organization. This role involves leading quality control and assurance activities, monitoring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Unifeeder SSC operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all functions/processes under scope.
- Monitor and evaluate processes, Data Processing Quality etc. to identify and address quality issues.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards for all Operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations including auditing of organizational policies, documentation etc.
- Create and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to Quality performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare, enforce Quality improvement plan and train employees on quality standards, best practices.
- Prepare reports, dashboards to communicate quality and efficiency metrics to management.
- Lead/ participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.

Preferred Qualification & Certification
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certification in quality management (Lean, Six Sigma, Certified Quality Auditor).
- Good understanding of quality management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, attention to detail and Commitment to Quality.
- Problem solving, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Experience

4 years of experience in Operations and Quality management, with a proven track record of implementing quality control and assurance processes and driving process improvements. Experience in Shipping & Logistics would be preferred.- Unifeeder Shared Service Center
