**Job Title**: Jr. US IT Recruiter or Trained US IT Recruiter or Sourcer

**Location**: Hyderabad, India

**Exp Level: 06 Months to 1 Year**

**Type of Position**: Full Time

**Work Timings**:9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (PST Time Zone)

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Strong understanding of the immigration process and experience working with W2/1099/C2C/GC/EAD/US Citizens/TN Visa/H1B work Authorization.
- Conduct regular follow ups with the relationship managers to keep them apprised of status, roadblocks, unanswered questions, clarifications, etc.
- Develop recruitment strategy and comprehensive recruitment planning and effectively collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.

Qualifications:

- At least 06 Months to 1 Yrs. of experience managing end-to-end IT recruitment.
- LinkedIn, recruiting and personal network to reach out both passive and active job-seekers.
- Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.
- Must have passion to work, self-motivation and cheerful outlook
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Access, and Word).
