Roles & Responsibilities ROLE TITLE Admin executive MIS ROLE OBJECTIVE

❖ To enable data-driven decision-making and efficient business operations by ensuring accurate and timely sales reporting, maintaining master sales data, and supporting sales incentive and promotional tracking. The role also ensures smooth payment collections through diligent followups and account reconciliation, while maintaining high standards of customer service by coordinating order dispatches and addressing customer feedback promptly. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 1. MIS

❖ Gather data from sales team

❖ Put the data in a format that is easy to read

❖ Compile, validate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales data across multiple channels (modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, etc.).

❖ Generate timely and accurate sales performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review

❖ Maintain the accuracy and integrity of sales data, ensuring reliable reporting

❖ Present data to the management in the language that they understand

❖ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

❖ Maintain master data for SKUs, distributors, territories, and targets.

❖ Assist in incentive calculations, claims processing, and promotional scheme tracking 2. Customer Service & Payment follow ups

❖ Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger with accurate records of invoices and collections

❖ Reconcile customer accounts regularly and resolve any discrepancies related to billing or credit

❖ Coordinate with the sales team to get payment commitments and flag overdue accounts

❖ Ensure adherence to the company’s credit policy and payment terms

❖ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth collections

❖ Coordinate with sales team to fulfil orders in a timely & organized manner EXPERIENCE

❖ 3-5 years of experience in MIS, sales coordination, accounts receivable, or a similar data-focused support role

❖ Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or a distribution-heavy business environment is preferred EDUCATION

❖ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

❖ Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling tools is essential. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred ROLE LOCATION

❖ On site in head office in Coimbatore. Own vehicle preferrable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,428.01 - ₹33,680.57 per month
