- **Role Description**:_This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Executive at NJ Macson in Chennai. The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing market research and campaigns.
- **Responsibilities and Duties**:_
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm's investment products to prospective clients and investors.
- Assist in client acquisition, foster relationships, and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage all social media pages of clients based on requirements.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for better search engine rankings and user experience.
- Perform research on current social media trends and prepare viral content posts as and when required.
- Create and execute effective SEO strategies to increase website and social media pages visibility and organic search rankings.
- Conduct research on market trends, investor behaviour and competitor strategies to refine marketing tactics and seize new opportunities.
- Prepare and present tailored investment strategies, products, and portfolio management solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop strategies to generate leads through industry networks, referrals, and outreach to expand the client base.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, providing information on investment options, account management, and services.
- Prepare and distribute investment reports, newsletters, and market updates to keep clients informed.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting investment products, securing new clients, and exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure marketing and sales activities comply with financial regulations and industry standards, maintaining transparency.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and customer service teams to align strategies and meet client needs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities to optimize strategies.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- **Qualifications**:_
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree would be an added advantage
- BBA or equivalent Bachelor’s degree is an essential requirement
- Trainings or Certifications on Digital/SEO Marketing would be an added advantage
- **Knowledge**:_
- Aware of the latest industry trends relating to Banking, Finance, Insurance and Investment Management Industries.
- Basic understanding of Investments and Wealth products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds etc.
- Must have good overall knowledge of local and international markets.
- **Experienced in**:_
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably in the Banking, Insurance or Financial industry.
- Experience in Client-Service sector would be an added advantage.
- **Skills**:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Persevering, enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven.
- Ability to perform well in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively.
