**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
Handle inbound client inquiries and resolve their issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a onboarding executive, or a similar role is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
