**Department**: Digital Marketing & IT
**Location**: Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities in the digital marketing and IT space.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to create strategic sales plans.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions within digital marketing and IT services.
- Assist in proposal creation and follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and grow the client base.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on service improvements and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers with a passion for business development, digital marketing, or IT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and IT services is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing and IT business development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,559.26 - ₹19,659.26 per month
