As a Sales Executive for our luxury soft furnishings showroom, you will embody the essence of elegance and sophistication while providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele. Your role will be pivotal in showcasing our exquisite range of high-end soft furnishings, including sumptuous fabrics, opulent draperies, and luxurious bedding.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique tastes, preferences, and lifestyle needs. Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to ensure an unforgettable shopping experience.

2. Product Expertise: Possess an in-depth knowledge of our luxury soft furnishings collection, including materials, craftsmanship, and design intricacies. Articulate the value proposition of each product and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.

3. Sales Execution: Drive sales through proactive engagement, effective product presentations, and persuasive selling techniques. Meet and engage with the clients while upholding the highest standards of professionalism & integrity.

4. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with our marketing team to create visually captivating displays that highlight the beauty and versatility of our soft furnishings. Ensure that the showroom ambiance reflects the essence of luxury and sophistication.

5. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to anticipate market demands and identify opportunities for business growth. Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer feedback.

6. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver impeccable customer service at every touchpoint, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support. Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and facilitate seamless transactions to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to streamline processes, optimize inventory management, and enhance the overall customer experience.
