We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Social Media Executive** to manage and grow our digital presence for the US market. This is a **night shift role**, aligned with US business hours, and requires strong communication skills, campaign execution experience, and a working knowledge of SEO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Run and monitor social media campaigns focused on the US audience.
- Ensure campaign content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand tone.
- Perform basic SEO tasks, including keyword optimization and on-page suggestions for social and web content.
- Monitor engagement and analytics, and create regular performance reports.
- Communicate directly with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams and US-based clients as required.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
- Must be comfortable working **night shifts** (US business hours).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
- Basic SEO knowledge (keyword usage, tagging, link building, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Exposure to international (especially US) markets or brands.
- Working knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Prior experience in a BPO or digital agency is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
