1. POSM : Handling distribution, Procurement, and order punching of promotional material though SAP HANA software. Professional knowledge of sales & delivery orders. Dispatch & Deployment of promotional material. Managing overall marketing warehouse for inventory, preparing reports, quality assurance, etc.

2. Invoice Submission : Preparing purchase order, indents and Co-ordination with accounts team for invoices & payments.

3. Vendor Management : On boarding vendors for exhibitions, branding and POSM. Also arranging Cost comparison sheets by coordinating and negotiating with different vendors.

4. Exhibition/ Events/ Training Programs/ Trade : Working with my team for activation, organizing exhibition, training programs, roadshows, airport activities, RWA activities, student’s meet for product knowledge and brand visibility.

5. Branding & Advertisements : Taking care of in shop, retail and outdoor branding for brand visibility by coordinating with vendors for cost agreements, sizes and timely execution on PAN India basis.

6. Attending display arena clients by providing them adequate knowledge about products along with forwarding their queries to the designated sales/technical team. Registering client details in CRM Software and coordinating with the sales team for closing the sale/ query. Furthermore, the branding & product updating/removal from this particular area are handled.

7. Online Marketing & Social Media : Few of the websites I am handling are India Mart, Exporters India & IPF online. Product updating/ deletion along with changes in their MRP, specifications, and features. Social media feedback/ comments/ query tracking for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and YouTube

**Salary**: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
