**Responsibilities**:
**Ecommerce Operations**:

- Manage and update product listings on the company website and various online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels and timely order fulfillment.

**Customer support**:

- Proficient in both English ,Hindi and Malayalam to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly in both languages.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and support.
- Address customer feedback and reviews, striving for continuous improvement.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive in the online marketplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and Shopify.
- Knowledge and proven experience in marketing and SEO would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi is mandatory
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be able to relocate/commute to the job location.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
