Create, manage and optimize product listing on marketplaces
- Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, and promotional strategies across marketplaces
- Monitor day to day sales, Returns and inventory
- Conducting market research for onboarding on new e-com marketplaces
- Strategizing for increasing online visibility of all products
- Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly.
- Oversee customer retention, reactivation, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Liaising with the customer support team and providing quick responses
- Managing seller and buyer grievances on various ecommerce platforms
- Work with the management team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to drive customer experience loyalty.
- Ensuring great customer experience on all the product listings on all the current online platforms
- Conduct competitor analysis across marketplaces.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant e-commerce laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging e-commerce technologies and platforms, and recommend new tools and features to improve the customer experience
- Keeping a healthy relationship with different Account Managers

**Qualifications**
- 1-4 years experience in managing eCommerce marketplaces
- Analytical thinking and great marketplace understanding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English with Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
