As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and our own e-commerce website. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers while maximizing revenue and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
Platform Management:Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other relevant platforms.Monitor and optimize product visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.Stay updated with platform policies and implement best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.

Content Management:Create compelling product descriptions, images, and videos to enhance product visibility and drive sales.Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions for online platforms.Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across all online channels.

Inventory and Order Management:Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure sufficient stock availability.Process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Manage returns and exchanges efficiently, adhering to company policies and customer expectations.

Analytics and Reporting:Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Generate regular reports on key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize processes, and drive business objectives.

Customer Service:Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Resolve issues effectively, aiming to exceed customer expectations and build long-term loyalty.Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart.Proficiency in e-commerce tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
