**We expect the telemarketer to be proactive & enthusiastic in her approach and while conducting her task every day.**
1. Customer Service; Calling the existing customer for regular follow -up. Asking them queries if any. Requesting them to use the device on daily basis. Arranging call between E-medica panel doctor and the customer. Managing Client’s database with various categories and keeping them organised and up-to-date.
2. Making marketing calls to Invite Customers/ Channel Partners/ Doctors & Corporate members to join for various Webinars/ Seminars/ Events.
4. WhatsApp Group creation for the Prospective /Existing clients & sharing various marketing content with them.
5. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
6. Cold calling to our prospective customers using a given database to fix appointments for our sales executives.
7. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
8. Making Feedback Calls to all our customers who have attended the Free Demo.
9. Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
10. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
11. Persuade the customer to fix the appointment by demonstrating how the Technology meet their family health related needs.
12. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer.
13. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
14. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
B. **QUALIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting targets over the phone.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- High school diploma / graduate/ BSc/BA / BCOM
