**Content Strategist/Showrunner Role Overview**:
Shape the vision and direction of our podcast channel, highlighting Faridabad-based MSMEs in engineering and innovation. You’ll plan compelling content that showcases high-quality, globally relevant products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the podcast’s themes, episode formats, and content calendar.
- Research MSME success stories and innovations in Faridabad’s engineering sector.
- Collaborate with writers and hosts to ensure episodes align with Vandanam’s mission.
- Monitor listener feedback to refine content strategy.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of MSMEs, engineering, or manufacturing (or eagerness to learn).
- Strong research and storytelling abilities.
- Organisational skills to manage content pipelines.
- Familiarity with Faridabad’s industrial landscape is a plus.

Time Commitment: 8-10 hours/week, flexible, with regular team meetings.
