This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the architect of our social media strategy, crafting compelling content that not only engages but converts. You’ll be the heartbeat of our brand’s online presence — growing our community, boosting engagement, and driving real business results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a **powerful, data-driven social media strategy** across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and oversee a **content calendar** that aligns with brand goals, product launches, and key marketing campaigns.
Craft **scroll-stopping content** (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos) that build emotional connections with the audience.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and quality across all content.
Use **analytics tools** to monitor performance, identify insights, and iterate strategies for growth.
Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and best practices — be the brand’s eyes and ears in the fast-paced world of social media.
Build and manage an **engaged online community**, responding to comments, messages, and DMs with authenticity and brand tone.
Create **campaign reports and growth plans** to showcase ROI and strategy adjustments.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**3+ years** of experience managing social media accounts for brands — show us your success stories
Proven ability to **grow followers, increase engagement**, and drive meaningful brand conversations.
Strong understanding of **content marketing**, storytelling, and community-building.
**Creativity that doesn’t just think outside the box — it**_**crushes**_ **it.**
Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite; plus analytics tools (Google Analytics, Insights, etc.).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working with a cross-functional team.
A keen eye for design and aesthetics to ensure content aligns with brand identity.
