**Job Description: Female Telecaller**

**Position**: Telecaller (Female)
**Experience**: Minimum 1+ Year
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Location**: Vijay Nagar, Indore
**Working Hours**: 8 hours per day

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries professionally and provide necessary information.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records in Excel.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work towards achieving monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using a scripted or natural conversation approach.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Fluent in **Hindi and English** (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** for data entry, record-keeping, and basic reporting.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **sales, customer support, or lead generation** will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM software or telecalling tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
