**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle telephonic conversations with potential and existing clients.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain customer data and update records.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a BPO or telecalling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and concerns efficiently.
