**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee Day-to-Day Packing Operations**:

- Manage and monitor the entire packing department, ensuring smooth and timely packing of food products.
- **Operate & Supervise Packing Machines**:
Understand and operate packing and filling machines (training will be provided).
- **Manpower Management**:
Lead, coordinate, and monitor packing staff for efficient workflow and productivity.Ensure proper labeling, accurate packing, and compliance with quality standards.Supervise labeling, batch coding, and printing to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.Track and maintain adequate stock of packing materials and coordinate reorders as needed.Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of packing materials and ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with the design team to implement new packaging designs and changes as per requirements.Manage profiles and queries on IndiaMART and other relevant B2B platforms.**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role in food manufacturing/FMCG preferred
- Basic technical knowledge of packing machinery (training will be provided)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with inventory systems and vendor management

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
