**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervise and manage daily packing and manual assembly operations.**:

- **Lead a team of ~30 workers, ensuring maximum output and productivity.**:

- **Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and meet daily targets.**:

- **Ensure packing quality standards are met consistently.**:

- **Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.**:

- **Train new team members on packing procedures and safety protocols.**:

- **Keep daily records of production, attendance, and material usage.**:

- **Collaborate with departments like Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch.**

**Qualifications**
- **1-2 years of experience in packing/manual assembly work in a manufacturing setup.**:

- **Prior experience supervising a team of workers is preferred.**:

- **Strong leadership and communication skills.**:

- **Ability to manage both male and female workers effectively.**:

- **Basic understanding of packing materials, processes, and safety practices.**:

- **Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer literacy will be helpful.
