Oversee and manage the packing process for chemical products, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining a productive and compliant team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily packing operations to ensure timely and accurate packaging.
- Lead, train, and monitor the packing team, ensuring performance and safety standards are met.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications, labeling, and packaging.
- Manage inventory of packing materials and order supplies when necessary.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free working environment.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on packing operations and inventory.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachlors degree in chemistry or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in packaging or a supervisory role in the chemical industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and packaging machinery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
