SYB was established in October 2020 and became an OEM of VIP Industries within a year. In April 2023, SYB started its new four-wheel manufacturing plant, i.e., UNIT II, producing 18,000 four-wheel bags per month for Flipkart and VIP combined. In UNIT I, SYB also manufactures 30,000 wide range of duffle trolley bags per month for VIP Industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Packing and Dispatch Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Title**: Packing and Dispatch Supervisor

**Location**: SYB Enterprises, Unit II, Serve No. 89, 5, 8th Miles, opposite Divya MarathiNews-Press, At Post, Vilholi, Maharashtra 422010

**Timings**: Sunday to Friday 08:30 AM to 07:00 PM

**Salary Range**: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 18,000

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Packing Operations**:

- Supervise the packing process to ensure products are packed securely, meeting quality standards.
- Ensure proper use of packaging materials to minimize wastage and damage.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor packaging material inventory and coordinate with the purchase department to replenish stock as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of packed products and materials used.

**Dispatch Coordination**:

- Plan and oversee the dispatch schedule to ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for transportation arrangements.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and manage the packing and dispatch team, ensuring optimal performance.
- Train team members on packing techniques, safety standards, and dispatch protocols.
- Address team queries and resolve any operational challenges.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure packed goods meet the company’s quality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to packing defects or damaged goods.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of dispatch activities.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on packing and dispatch performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
