**Packing and Dispatch Executive at Unbox Robotics**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Calculate the packaging box dimensions required for FG products
- Calculate the packaging box dimensions in accordance with shipping compliance
- Generating shipping labels necessary documentation as per dispatch
- Design packaging in a way that product can be exported without any damage
- Create packing list as per sales order and BOM
- Reviewing the packing list with various stakeholders to ensure material availability for dispatch
- Co-ordinating with procurement team for packaging requirements like packing box, Foams, other packing material
- Oversee the entire packing and dispatch activities
- Implement processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Plan dispatches based on material readiness
- Liaison with production, quality, procurement, logistics, stores and project team to plan the shipment.

**Requirements**:

- Should be able to read mechanical drawings to check product dimensions and calculate packing box requirement accordingly
- Should have understanding of basic packaging standards
- Experience in working in packing and dispatch department preferably in heavy/large items manufacturing companies
- Hands on experience in MS Excel

**Good to Have**:
Auto CAD knowledge
- Desired Qualification: Any graduation or equivalent qualification
- Work Experience: 2-4 years
