We are looking a person who wills individually handling store dispatch activities

Segregating/Packing/Labelling/Vehicle Loading/Maintaining record the material as per daily

dispatches plan.

**Job Description**:

- Oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials.
- Prepare & review the dispatch packing list & pack the material as per correct list.
- Listing about daily dispatches shortage materials & coordinate with concern department to

arrange it.
- Ensure the correct material packing as per packing.
- Monitor the dispatch team's performance and productivity, providing on-going guidance and

feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, Procurement and Stores, to

coordinate the material process, availability and optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including vehicle details, driver logs and

material loading photos as evidence.
- Packing the material safely in the truck so that it reaches the destination in good condition.
- Take the follow up with concern department to arrange Site requirement materials.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including safety and transportation laws.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance dispatch

operations.
- Resolve any dispatch related issues or customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory

manner.
- Manage and motivate the dispatch team, fostering a positive and collaborative work

environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Typing: 3 years (required)
