Merchandisers are responsible for ensuring that products are available at the right time and place to maximize sales and profits. They perform a variety of tasks, including: Planning: Collaborate with buyers to plan product ranges and prepare sales and stock plans. Analyzing: Monitor sales and market trends to identify opportunities and predict demand. Negotiating: Work with suppliers and distributors to secure favorable prices and terms. Displaying: Work with visual display staff to create attractive sales floor displays. Managing: Monitor inventory levels and stock deliveries, and control stock levels based on forecasts. Communicating: Communicate customer problems to the company and address customer issues. Training: Train other store staff on stock display and rotation. Forecasting: Forecast profits and sales, and prepare budgets. Reporting: Present sales forecasts and figures, and make financial presentations to senior managers. Merchandisers typically need a high school diploma or GED, and 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising. They should also have excellent analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to providing outstanding customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
